New Haw Community School became an Academy on 1st May 2014.
The Academies Financial Handbook includes a requirement for Academy Trusts to publish online an Annual Report, Annual Audited Accounts, the Memorandum and Articles of Association, the Funding Agreement and the names of its Trustees and Members. There is also a requirement to publish the relevant business and pecuniary interests of trustees and members.
New Haw's audited financial statements for the past three years are attached below along with the Funding Agreement and Memorandum and Articles of Association.
