* Girls one piece swimming costume. 

* Boys square swimming shorts

* A swimming hat must be worn in the lesson at all times. 

* Jewellery / watches must be removed prior to the swimming lesson. Please be advised that anyone with freshly pierced ears will be excluded from swimming lessons until such time that jewellery can be removed. 

* No bikinis or baggy shorts.
